Furnished beach front villa. Cozy and quiet area. Ideal place to relax. Accommodates up to 6 people comfortably. Enjoy your own private beach and swimming pool. Watch the sunset, enjoy biking, bird watching and whale watching (July - September). Villa includes stove, fridge, china, silverware, pots & pans, toaster oven, coffeemaker, and dinning area. Broadband Wi-Fi internet access, cable TV, pool table, BBQ grill and hammocks are all available for you enjoyment and convenience.
The weather here is comfortable year round, even needing a light sweater out doors on some nights.
Our rental is located 30 minutes from Portoviejo and 45 minutes from Manta city, each with supermarkets, malls, movie theaters, restaurants, museums and night life.
We offer breakfast and lunch with one days prior notice. Laundry and taxi service available as well.
Local bus conveniently stops at front gate, and runs every 15 minutes, to Portoviejo, Manta, and connects with buses to other major cities in the country.
We have our own elecrical power generator in case of power outage.
