Located just 20 metres from the lake beach, the house is nestled on a lush, 1800 sqm plot with oak- and pine trees. No immediate neighbours means you’ll enjoy peace and quiet, while the nearest bar and restaurant are just 150 metres away and a supermarket is 500 metres down the road. The house has a large living- / dining room with an open fireplace and a TV with satellite/ cable channels, a fully-equipped kitchen with ceramic hobs and a washing- and dishwashing machine, a sleeping gallery, a large bedroom with a double bed and a smaller bedroom with 2 beds. There are 2 additional single beds in the living room. The modern bathroom is fitted with a walk-in shower and a WC, plus a large mirror and plenty of space for all your toiletries.
