The apartment has two double bedrooms both have double beds it has one bathroom and a kitchen/lounge The main bedroom and lounge both have doors that lead on to a spacious balcony with seating area From here you have panoramic views of the beach Town and Harbour. The kitchen is fully equipped it even has a wine cooler. Bathroom has a shower and bath. Guests should have a very relaxing and peaceful time here as there is plenty to do in the town or maybe just having a glass of wine in the evening sat on the balcony. St ives Tennis club is situated opposite the apartment and I often enjoy watching a match in the evening from the balcony. Courts may be hired.
St ives town is a few minutes walk away where you will find lots of interesting shops and fine restaurants .
The train and bus station is a few minutes walk away where you can explore more of beautiful Cornwall such as Lands End, Penzance , Truro and many more places.
The apartment is very close to Porthminster Beach which is a very safe beach for families with life guards in attendance . A few minutes away is a surfing beach as well as the Harbour Beach. I live half my life here and the other half in Cheshire so this apartment has all the luxuries of home. There is a car parking space at the apartment which is like gold in St Ives .
