Rental Details

Rent our 1920 guesthouse, behind our 1917 Spanish Revival home in the Lakeland East Lake Morton Historic District. We are one block East of Lake Morton where you can visit our many swans (first mated pair a gift from Queen Elizabeth in 1952) and other feathered friends. A nature photographer’s paradise! Take a short walk to beautiful, vibrant, downtown Lakeland with it’s antique shops, bazaars, restaurants, and varied activities. Or, relax in the hot tub in our private courtyard. Sip a glass of wine under our bougainvillea-covered pergola or prepare a meal at our summer kitchen and dine under the stars.

Enjoy a bike ride around our beautiful historic district. Use of hot tub, summer kitchen, courtyard, bicycles and private laundry/storage room are free for guests.

We are ideally situated in central Florida between Tampa and Orlando with easy access to their many attractions such as Disney World, Universal Studios, Bok Tower, Busch Gardens, Legoland, etc. without the hustle and bustle or ‘sameness’ as a motel.
