Homelike Room near any Attraction

The Space:
We are a family of three, my husband, my baby and I. We have one room on the other side of the apartment available (11 ft x 12 ft) with private bathroom (has a bath & shower).

The room has a double size bed, comfortably sleeps 2 people and we have available a folding crib for a third person/baby. It does not have space to have a twin mattress permanent but I can offer an air twin bed if you needed. The room has a TV with cable (included Disney Channel). A/C, ceiling fan and walk-in closet. For your convenience, a hairdryer, iron and ironing board is provided plus clean bed sheets, bath and beach towels. Also shampoo and shower gel. Parking free. You also will be provided with a set of keys to access the house 24 hours.

Children friendly place, we love well behavior kids!

Guest Access:
You will have access to kitchen, dinning and living room. Kitchen has a gas stove, microwave and one shelf in refrigerator will be for your use. You will have free WiFi access provided.

*Washer and Dryer is included in the price (one load per week/stay)

We are here for help and advice during your stay feel free to ask. We are extremely approachable & friendly but we will respect your privacy.

The Neighborhood:

*Neighborhood: We are in the Falcon Trace/Hunters creek area, you can search and you will find that this is a very quiet and secure neighborhood for your short or long-term stay. You will feel safe and relax with the National park we have on the back of the apartment. You will have access to the playground and the pool of the building complex.

*Strategic Location:
We are in Hunters creek blvd/Falcons trace blvd this is a boarder line Orlando/Kissimmee. We have a Super Target 3 block from the apartment (15 min walking). We have a Publix 7 min away. The Loop Mall and local bars like T.G.I Friday's, Ale House Sports Bar and Gators are 7 min from our location. We have an important expressway 417 just two lights apart.

P.D: Orlando is a city where you will be needing a car but in my place you wont expend much money in gas because we are close to everything.

*Public Transportation: Bus stop is available two blocks from the
apartment.
