Our house with roof terrace with an amazing ocean view, cozy BBQ space, is fully equipped in a modern style. It´s only 5 minutes away from the endless and beautiful Ipitanga beach with cool beach bars. The house is also near the WorldCup Stadium, city centre and International Airport of Salvador. You can rent the car with driver for day trips or to take you to the Stadium and city sights.
Our 180m ² house with roof terrace (55m ²) and great sea views is fully equipped with modern electronic devices (such as refrigerator and freezer with ice dispenser, flat screen TV, SKY and Wi-Fi included).
From our roof terrace you have got a full view on the neighbourhood and the protected dunes landscape. From here you can enjoy beautiful sunrises on the ocean and sunsets in the dunes landscape. The starry sky is amazing. From 2 bedrooms you have direct views on the sea. A large balcony with a hammock invites you to relax. Under 2 outdoor showers (roof terrace and garden) you can cool off at any time. Enjoy a BBQ and a cool beer in our rustic ambiance of our covered barbecue area with bar. It´s only a 5 minutes walk to the long sandy beaches of Flamengo and Ipitanga where you find very cool bars / restaurants (Barraca Pipa, Barraco do Loro. Beach stop). They offer great exotic cocktails, Bahian (local) specialities, seafood, but also massages and live music/ DJ. The beach is perfect for long walks on the beach, water sports such as surfing and kite surfing or simply just to relax in the sun. Next to our house lays the largest natural dunes preservation area of Brazil, the Unidunas, which you can explore with guided short walks. Our house is situated in a quiet residential area, it is absolutely safe, as it is located in a secured residential unit of a total of 5 houses. There is a friendly and familiar atmosphere here. It´s 25 minutes to the World Cup Stadium Arena Fonte Nova and city centre and 10 minutes to the international airport of Salvador. From our house you also have direct access to the Linha Verde, known for its paradise beaches (including Imbassai, Praia do Forte, Arembepe). We offer optionally to rent our 4x4 car with driver, which you can additionally book for day trips eg for Linha Verde, off-road tours or to take you to sights in Salvador (Pelourinho) or simply as a cheaper alternative to taxis/ caps for trips to the World Cup Stadium.
