Rental Details
This is an end unit townhome, with an available room. The room is small but cozy, has cable TV in the room, as well as wireless internet. You'll have access to your own private full bath, use of washer and dryer, living room with fireplace, kitchen gas stove or BBQ on the deck facing downtown Reno, The Biggest Little City in the World! Lot of gaming, food and entertainment around! Just minutes from downtown and about an hour from Lake Tahoe, and 10 mins from the Reno Tahoe Airport.
There have been no pets in the house and non-tobacco, therefore we want it remain that way. Although, you are welcome to smoke out on the deck if you wish. There are only two occupants, including myself, and one person occupying the additional room I may have available in the future. I have no children or pets. If you want a clean and nicely decorated, quiet place to relax, this is it.
