ABOUT THE HOUSE:
Welcome! The house has 3 rooms 2 baths total. 2 rooms are guest rooms and 1 is a master bedroom w/private bath. The home has a full kitchen, living room w/2 futons, a fireplace, and 1 guest shared bathroom . We are conveniently located 4 miles west of Wynn Hotel and 7 minutes north of Chinatown via car.

1 TO 10 GUESTS: PRIVATE BEDROOMS 1, 2 & MASTER ARE AVAILABLE. 2 FOLD DOWN FUTONS. ASK FOR AVAILABILITY & DISCOUNTS FOR LONG TERM STAYS.

---Room 1 has 1 Queen bed
---Room 2 has 2 Queen beds
--- All rooms come w/clean linens/towels, nightstands, lamps
--- 32'' led tv w/roku

---Spacious empty closet with hangers and adequate space for clothes, shoes, and luggage.

---Water and candy upon arrival in your room
---You get your own private room key
---Personal fresh bath towel

-1 Guest bathroom has:
---1 Sink with adequate counter space
--- New shampoo, conditioner, body wash, qtips, cottonballs, floss, toothpaste, toothbrush if needed
---Adequate storage space in cabinets
---Hair dryer
---Hair curler and straightner available if needed

-1 Master bedroom has:
---King bed with clean sheets/pillows/blanket
---Nightstands, lamps, 2 tables, 3 chairs
---Walk in closet with many hangers and adequate space for clothes, shoes, and luggage. It will be half empty for you to put your things.
---You get your own private room key
---Personal fresh bath towel
---Master bathroom with standing shower, jet tub, granite counter w/sink, cabinet spaces.

HOUSE SHARED SPACES:
--- 2 futons fold into beds
---Kitchen with gas stove, microwave, oven, dishwasher, full-sized refrigerator/freezer, tea kettle/water warmer.
---Dining table and 4 chairs.

LOCATION:
Via car:
--- 13 minutes to McCarran airport
--- 7-10 minutes to the Strip!
--- 3 minutes to the Asian District (tons of food)
--- 7 minutes to the Convention center. ($15-$20 cab ride)
--- 10-13 minutes to Downtown

-DIY Breakfast:
--- There is a water heater kettle, a variety of coffee, sweetener, and cream for you to make coffee to your own preference.

-LAUNDRY:
--- You can use the laundry as you please. Please kindly pay $6 for 1 wash & dry. Thanks :)

-CHECK IN/OUT:
---You may check-in ANYTIME after 2pm (noon). Check-out is by 11am (morning). Ask us for earlier check-in or later check-out possibilites depending on room availability as well as dropping off/picking up your luggage at an earlier/later time.

-PARKING:
---Private car garage for 1 car per reservation, first book first serve.
There is a brick wall across our garage and you can park as many cars up to 4-6 cars.

PRIVACY:
WE DO NOT go into the house while you are staying unless we are invited in by you, or potentially in case of an emergency (we dont think this will happen).

FOOD/SHOP:
You are basically in the Asia District/Chinatown. Notorious for great food and many with great deals ! You are within a short drive to - the Strip, Fashion Show mall, shopping, Latin food, American food, European food, African food, Asian food, grocery stores, gas stations, banks, parks, specialty shops, pubs, liquor and wine stores, sushi bars, ice cream, EVERYTHING!
