Outstanding river front views across Tansui River to mountains from large deck. Direct access to the Taipei Bicycle Path. Well-designed complex with indoor hot springs SPA, sauna, outdoor swimming pool set in tropical garden, coffee lounge and gym.
Located along the most beautiful section of Dansui River. With a luxurious lobby, outdoor Balinese-style resort pool, hot spring SPA and 24 hour security and concierge. Taipei City Biking Path is directly downstairs. Uniquely, the only duplex unit (28 and 29 floor) in the compound with a large terrace, having both views of the Dansui River，Yangming and Guanyin Mountains. On 28th floor there is a large private terrace for BBQ and relaxing. Open kitchen-dining-living area with bathroom and deck on 28/F and two bedrooms and main bathroom on 29/F. Originally we bought this property for holidays, but we don’t come back as often now as our kids are going to school and having less free time. We designed, project managed and decorated the property ourselves. We are hoping to find people who like the style to enjoy it as much as we do.
There is a 24 hours Family Mart convenience store located adjoining the complex, 30 seconds from the lobby. Great for last minute purchases. There are few small eateries nearby. Bus stop in front of the Family Mart. MRT "Guan Du“ station is a 15-20 minutes walk and 5 min drive. Taipei City bicycle pass is right downstairs access directly from the complex.
