The large flat offers guests a private terrace overlooking an 8 x 4 x 2 meter swimming pool (shared with the apartment below) and a view of L'ile de la Désirade. You’ll also enjoy restaurants and bars within 300 meters and the opportunity to partake in the variety of sun splashed activities offered on gorgeous Guadeloupe. After a day at the beach of L'Anse à l'eau, relax in the apartment’s comfortable living space, featuring a phone, CD player, flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a DVD player and radio. The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking a delicious meal with the tropical flavors of the island. A 4-ring stove, mixer, coffee maker, cooking utensils, dishwasher, freezer, microwave oven, oven, refrigerator and toaster are provided. Alternatively, prepare a barbecue in the sunny garden which is shared with the apartment on the ground floor. The three bedrooms promise a great night’s sleep after a day on the waves. Two rooms are equipped with a double bed and air conditioning. An additional room sports a double bed, safe and ensuite bath with a walk-in shower and WC. There is one additional bathroom boasting a walk-in shower and WC. A hair dryer is also provided. Three baby cots are available upon request. Mosquito nets are available for every bedroom and WiFi will keep you connected during your stay. In addition, a washing machine and ironing center is provided for your convenience. The owner is available to meet guests at the airport in order to guide them to the private community in which the apartment is located. Towels, linens and the local tourist tax are all included in the rental price. Private parking is available. Smoking is allowed outside only and pets may be allowed upon request.
