Mississippi Ave Basement Studio

I have a lovely, basement studio apartment in my house. It's newly remodeled and very private. You'll have the place to yourself, but if you need anything, I live upstairs!

The apartment is comfortable and cozy. The bed is queen size fold-out futon, small dinning table, TV w/basic cable, Wi-Fi,FM/AM alarm clock radio and a desk.

The kitchen has a cook-top, microwave, refrigerator, & coffee maker.

Bathroom has a single stall shower (no bathtub). All sheets, towels, paper supplies for kitchen and bath supplied, as well as towels and bed linens.

(Please note: the form I filled out in order to list this requires "number of bedrooms", so I enter "1". It is really one area divided into various spaces. There is also an free standing closet/storage unit.

Our neighborhood is located in the Humboldt/Mississippi district of Portland and is a short walk and known for it's food carts, live music, pubs, coffee shops, Portland Rose Garden and Portland's best restaurants.

The public transportation is a bus system and the yellow line MAX station. There are two bus lines that come close to my house.

(Please do not invite extra guests. This rental is for the original guests only, and not suitable for parties or any other social activities including more than the original guests.)

I created the kind of space I would be happy to stay in, so I hope you will be happy here too. This is a LGBTQ friendly space.
