Rental Details
This Lovely large studio is directly on the water and has a big sundeck with great views, looking south to the mountains and west to the sunsets. Watch pelicans dive, dolphins and whales have been seen.
The studio is one large room, about 25 x 15, opening onto a 10x15 sundeck. It has a separate entrance and is accessed by spiral stairs. A large skylight area and french doors to the sundeck let in plenty of light. There is an oversized king bed (can be two singles). a small complete kitchen with a small gas stove and standard refrigerator, microwave, etc. and a private bath with a shower.
The apartment has Wifi, ac and fans. Parking is in the garage or in a designated spot in front of the building.
At beach level, accessed by spiral stairs, there are adult and child Kayaks and snorkel gear for
guests. At this level, the door opens directly onto the beach, which is suitable for swimming, kayaking, snorkeling and paddleboarding. At this level, there is also another bathroom. The beach is at least 3 miles long and makes for great walks and collecting seaglass.
The area is very accessible to clubs, restaurants, shopping, sailing and diving tours, surf lessons, yoga and horseback riding. The famous surfing beaches of Rincon are about a 7 minute drive away. There are bars and clubs in the neighborhood which are a short walk, including salsa dancing on the weekends.
For those interested, Vegan meals may be provided.
