THE HOUSE

The house is a tastefully furnished villa, set on two floors, surrounded by large verandas and a huge garden.
Its architecture makes it easy to host up to 8 people with ample space for all and ensuring a great degree of privacy and autonomy for each party.
Spacious, airy and luminous, fully equipped and furnished with quality wooden furniture, the villa is just a few minutes' walk from the nearest beach and within minutes by car from other wonderful organized sandy beaches. For the extra touch of luxury, the world-class facilities of 5-star hotels Grand Resort Lagonissi (5') and Astir Palace Vouliagmeni (20') are also within easy reach (beaches, swimming pools, bars, restaurants).

THE GROUND FLOOR

The ground floor hosts the kitchen, the living room, the dining room, a service room, (convertible sofa to double bed) and a WC.
The kitchen is fully equipped and leads to the garden and a paved yard, ideal for breakfast, lunch or a barbeque party under the shade of trees.
The large living room offers space for relaxation and entertainment and is complemented by the dining room with a ceiling atrium.

THE UPPER FLOOR

The upper floor is dedicated to the bedrooms. Its layout is functional and elegantly designed. It hosts the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, and another two double bedrooms with shared bathroom. Each room is equipped with air-condition, TV, large closets and its own veranda.
Free Wi-Fi with high-speed internet access is available throughout the house.

THE GARDEN

The garden is one of the most enjoyable features of the villa. It covers an area of 500 sq. meters (5.400 sq. feet) and is ideal for children to play or for adults to enjoy breakfast and meals. A large table can comfortably host big parties of up to 12 people, while a barbecue is also available.

The seaside resort of Lagonissi, where the house is located, is one of the most reputable areas of the Riviera and an ideal home base to tour the region. You can enjoy crystal clear, blue-flag certified clean waters in the beach of Lagonissi just 5 mins walk from the house, practice your favorite water sports in one of the many organized beaches, or dine in a picturesque fish taverna by the sea.

On the other hand, if you are a fashion enthusiast you can go shopping in one of numerous designer's shops in the Glyfada area (20 min drive), one of the most elegant districts of Athens. Apart from shops Glyfada is home to famous, cosmopolitan night clubs and cafes (where the pulse of the Athens nightlife beats!).

Other nearby highlights include Vouliagmeni Lake (15 min drive), where you can enjoy the impressive setting and take a swim in the Lake's therapeutic hot springs and the world famous Cape Sounio / Temple of Poseidon which you will reach after a 30 min drive alongside a dramatic stretch of mountains, small seaside resorts, and the constant, hypnotic sweep of Aegean Sea.
