This expansive holiday complex of 5 separate living areas for up to 20 guests is surrounded by mountainous scenery and Catalan vineyards! Located only 20km from Sitges and 40km from Barcelona, it is ideally situated near the best of both worlds: relaxing beaches and the vibrant city! A private pool (6m x 12m, depth ranging from 1,20m to 2,20m), outdoor barbecue area, and picturesque patio seating provides for relaxing swims and countless meals under the Spanish sun. Enjoy private activity areas including your own futbol field, basketball court, and ping pong area. Private and secure parking is available on the property, as well. Five living areas encompass this property where families can enjoy a group vacation but still have their separate spaces for privacy. Each house features its own kitchen (equipped with an Italian coffeemaker + Nespresso machine), living room, bedrooms, and bathrooms, situated as follows: House 1: (1) one double bed, (2) two single beds, one bathroom with a shower, a large dining area for 20 guests, kitchen with dishwasher. House 2: (1) one double bed, (2) two single beds, one bathroom with a shower. House 3: Loft with one double bed and one sofa bed, one bathroom with a shower. House 4: (1) one double bed, (2) two single beds, (3) small bedroom with one single bed + one extra bed that can be added if necessary, kitchen with dishwasher, one bathroom with a shower. House 5: (1) one double bed, (2) one set of bunk beds for two people, one bathroom with a shower.
There are train tracks that are located approximately 1.5km from the property. While the property is very peaceful, both locals trains and the AVI trains use the railroad. The noise is very minimal, but at peak travel times the AVI speed train can be heard in the distance.
