A private pool (6m x 12m, depth ranging from 1,20m to 2,20m), outdoor barbecue area, and picturesque patio seating provides for relaxing swims and countless meals under the Spanish sun. Five living areas encompass this property where families can enjoy a group vacation but still have their separate spaces for privacy. There are train tracks that are located approximately 1.5km from the property. While the property is very peaceful, both locals trains and the AVI trains use the railroad. The noise is very minimal, but at peak travel times the AVI speed train can be heard in the distance.
