Adorable House in a Pays de la Loire Seaside Resort, 150m from Beach, with Private Garden and Terrac

This lovely family house has everything needed for an idyllic escape in the Loire Atlantique, boasting tasteful décor and all the comforts of home in a beautiful garden setting. Relax by the lovely fireplace in the lounge (wood will be provided), with a flat-screen TV and a radio, and make the most of balmy days in your lush garden. The house can accommodate up to seven people (and a baby) in its two bedrooms with a double bed, while there is also a mezzanine with a single bed, a double sofa-bed and a cot. The property features one bathroom with a bath and shower and separate toilet, and the numerous household appliances, like a washing machine, vacuum cleaner and ironing equipment, will make your life easy. Cook up a feast in the fully-equipped kitchen, including an oven, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, fridge, high chair and more, and enjoy it in your furnished terrace in the garden, even boasting a barbecue! After the meal, your children can enjoy the 80m² garden while you relax on your deckchairs. Two adults bikes are available free of charge (deposit required only) and a petanque set. Please bring your own linen and towel, you'll have to clean the property at the end of your stay as clean as when you arrived. A use of water and electricity package is included in the rent for any excess fee will be charged on site. Please note there is free ample on-site parking for 2 cars, pets are accepted on request, you will only be able to smoke outside and you will be asked for a €400 refundable deposit.
