Unique stone build 16th Century villa. The villa was first build and owned by a famous Croatian 16th century poetess Cvijeta Zuzoric and is protected by law as a national heritage site. It is positioned just a few meters from the sea, 20 min from Dubrovnik.
Bedrooms are large and each is unique (4), all of property has air con, Kitchen is brick , stone and wood made with all equipment for cooking, Living room used old boat garage ( Orsan ) and now it is made in large and relaxing indoor part. Sun beds, sun deck, outside dining room speak for them selves. Please check each photo on the listing.

Beach on the doors is amazing and little boat can take you to beautiful and unique Lopud island in a 10 minutes. 3 most beautiful islands on Croatia are very close , after you visit beautiful Dubrovnik islands are way to go. We can Dock a speedboat or yacht for you if you want.
House is built in 16 century out of a solid rock, everything is made out of super solid and quality materials, so use like your own.
