The neighborhood is very quiet, although consists of a very mixed ethnicity: Canadians, Koreans, Iranians, Jewish, Russian and etc. There are some very interesting shops carrying products from different countries: Iran, Russian, Korea, Israel.

There is an access to public transportation (TTC) precisely 2 minutes away from the entrance of the house, plenty of options for inexpensive shopping of food/convenience items. All the shopping plazas are within a walking distance or 5 minute drive. Libraries, movie theaters, upscale shopping malls are all within close distance. Very convenient access to Midtown and Downtown, highways, subway and etc.

Breakfast can be served upon request before arrival for $7/person each day.
A pickup/drop-off can be arranged.
We also have rental bikes available for $20/day.

We are polite and considerate people. If privacy is what you are looking for, than our house is an ideal place for you. If we can offer any sort of help and we have some spare time - we will do our best to accommodate our guests.

Quiet and safe area like country sides yet minutes walk to Yonge Street and busy live areas. 10 mins bus ride to down town of North York, cinemas, and other fun stuff.
