This old stone house is located in a narrow street, right in the center of Piran, just a few minutes from the beach and a few steps from the main square.

The house interior has recently been renovated and features three studio apartments, each in one floor (the highest is the 3rd floor). Each apartment is air-conditioned and features a living room with a double bed and a sofa that can be used as an extra bed, LCD TV, WiFi, fully equipped kitchenette, a bathroom with a shower (80cm x120cm) and a hair dryer.

On the ground floor there is a small wellness with infra-red sauna for 3 persons, a shower massage and two deck chairs for relaxing. To keep yourself in good shape, there is also a small fitness room with stationary bike, a stepper, some weights and a mat for yoga. At the top of the house, there is a roof terrace, which is a typical characteristic of the town of Piran.

From here, you have a brilliant views of the sea, the main church, the old town wall and the green hinterlands. Piran is mostly a pedestrian town. Public parking is organized at a location nearby and costs EUR 7.50 per day. There is a regular shuttlebus from the car park to Tartini Square.
