This guest house is located 200 meters from the beach.
The room has a balcony from which you can enjoy the seaview. Double bed. Additional single bed is possible. In the room there is a fridge, TV set, bathroom with a shower.

On 1st floor of the guest house there is a kitchen-dining room, it is allowed to cook.
Breakfast, lunch, dinner made for you for an additional payment.

Infrastructure – The aquapark and delphinarium, lots of cafes, shopping centers, night clubs, attractions, and also the sports centers, tennis courts are located just nearby.
To get to the Olympic objects you can use the Red Glade, mountain, 50km, 30-45 minutes on motor transport; to get to those Olympic objects which are located on the seaside (about 30km) away, it will take you 20 minutes. Sochi Center is 20km away, 20-30 minute ride.
Minimum stay during low season is 5 days, during high season 10 days.
