Pretty 3 Bedroom wooden English style house in paradisiac Xcalak. This house is situated in between the lagoon and the ocean. A place to rest and enjoy natural beauty and outdoor activities away from it all. We can make your stay a custom made one.

Located an hour away from the closest touristic town/city Mahahual, this fully equipped Wooden English Style Villa is perfect for going away in group or with your loved ones. It is inside a natural reserve and is 8 km away from Xcalak town. There is no cell phone receptivity, but there is phone and internet in town.

Mr. Black lives in the property and can provide fresh fish, snorkel equipment, a tour in the lagoon, cooking, groceries, driving and help with moving things around and getting things ready. He is at your service.

The house electricity is provided by solar panels and batteries, but we do have an emergency diesel power plant. The water is collected from the rain.

The true treasure here is nature and intimacy. We only have one neighbor and they live by the same mood. Behind the house is the lagoon full fo mangrove where you can watch the sunset or explore with the boat. There are birds, iguanas and all the natural creatures... including spiders and mosquitoes. In the front of the house is the ocean, protected by the reef. We have snorkeling equipment and life jackets... feel free to explore.

3 Bedrooms and 5 beds fit 6 people comfortably. Up to 20 people have stayed in this space, since it has ample space for camping.

The house has two kitchens, a living room and two dining rooms. One in the house and one below, protected with mosquito nets. There are mosquitoes at sunrise and sunset... please bring mosquito repellent.

Linens, towels and water is provided. We can provide most of things, just let us know your idea and what you are looking for.

Guest have access to all the house has. We have a guard in the house and would like to provide you with services and meals... just ask.

One of us will welcome you and show you around. Mr. Black will tend to your needs. He could drive you into town, go get the groceries, cook a Barbecue with the catch of the day. Drive the boat through the lagoon. He is there to help.

Xcalak is known for its Diving, Nudist beaches and tranquility. It is protected by the government so mass development will not happen here.

Xcalak town, where you can get groceries, is 25 minutes away by car.
Diving and other services are on the road on the way to town.

There is no public transport. One must get here by car. LEt us know what you have in mind. We are very open and flexible.
