Fashion & Arts District Studio 2

This studio is furnished currently with two double beds. There is a kitchenette including a microwave for all guest This studio is in a great location in Downtown close to the Staples Center, the LA Convention Center, The Art's and Fashion District. This studio apartment resides in a historical building in Downtown LA. If you are seeking a newly built building- this will not be the best location for you. The rental is well cared for but it is a vintage building in LA. Our pricing is definitely very fair for travelers who are seeking a safe place to stay in a central location. Travelers most interested in this type of rental would be college students, those on a strict budget, and/or those who understand the rental is in an older building.

You walk 6 blocks to the closest metro station or you can easily use the bus system in Downtown. We do have parking available for guest but spaces must be arranged prior to arrival. Parking is in a lot across the street from the rental home. Ideal travelers for this rental will not be using a car as parking is limited. Parking is first come first serve and if not available there is street parking which is up to the guest to obtain.
