Come stay with us in our "AVOCADO HOMES", two fully-furnished residential units available for overnight stays (or longer) within the compound; complete with a huge Master bedroom and 2 guest rooms, a maid's room, a kitchen and two T&B per unit.

Pool: Located on center of the different venues inside the compound.

*A P1,500/$34 security deposit is required upon check-in & is refunded upon
check-out provided there is no damage to property.

*Payment of rent in full is due upon check-in & turn-over of keys.

*Rental rate is INCLUSIVE of water, cable, phone, unlimited high-speed internet and electricity consumption. Electricity incurred in excess of this allowance must settled by tenant upon check out(official electricity bill will be provided). A copy of the VECO bill will be provided if electricity exceeds allowance. (For Long Stay Guests)
