There are five lakes close by, so please be careful with young children. Behind the house is a spacious covered patio with a barbecue, an outdoor fireplace, and a fire pit for cosy evenings. This area can be enjoyed in full privacy. Several walking routes run through the wooded surroundings, and there's lots to discover. Lanškroun (7.5 miles) offers various sports facilities, such as a tennis court, a mini golf course, a bowling alley, and horseback riding stables. You can do your grocery shopping in Horní Heřmanice (3.1 miles), or dine out in Štíty (5 miles).
