The villa is situated in a quiet park and is located 2 km from the Black Mountain Golf Club with an 18 hole course and a 9 hole par 3.

The nearest beach and Hua Hin downtown is about 8 km.
Also located next to the Black Mountain Golf Club is the water-ski and wakeboard park.

Due to the higher location, towards the 'mountains' is with us always cooler than in the city.
In the park there is a small gym which includes a treadmill, a sauna and a large communal pool
