The house is separated into a spacious and bright living room, four bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and terrace.

The total living surface is 140 sqm. Sleeping facilities: a double bed (180 x 200 cm), three single beds (140 x 200 cm) and one sofa bed (90 x 200 cm). The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, electric oven, coffee machine, electric kettle, dish-washer etc. In total, there are four TVs installed. An iron, ironing board and washing machine you can use at your free disposal. If you need an airport pick up do not hesitate to book our transfer service.

We bring you quick, save and comfortably to the object booked.Please advise us as soon as possible of your time of arrival. On your date of arrival, the keys will be handed over to you directly inside the apartment/house booked. There will be a deposit taken by the landlord: 1 room apartment / Private room in a house or inside an apartment = 100,- EUR 2 room apartment = 200,- EUR 3 room apartment = 300,- EUR 4 room apartment = 400,- EUR 5 room apartment or house = 500,- EUR

Please hand over the deposit in cash directly to the landlord/landlady on your day of arrival. The deposit will be handed back to you on your day of departure or when you hand back the keys, respectively. Sheets, bedlinen and towels are included in the final price. Free intermediate cleaning is possible on demand and for an extra fee. If the accommodation booked provides W-LAN, it will be free of charge.

Living rooms in which there is a sleeping facility installed are considered as bedrooms. Please keep in mind that the apartments/houses are normally inhabited by the landlords themselves. Only for the duration of your booking the accommodations will be left for your own use. Concerning bookings of private rooms inside apartments or inside private houses the accommodation will be shared with the landlord.
