Deva 101 Vacation Home is a modern, elegant and comfortable 2 level apartment located one and a half blocks away from the soft and white sand beach of Playa del Carmen and only two blocks away from the world famous 5th Avenue in the new residential area of Coco Beach in this beautiful Caribbean town. The residence has been furnished and decorated to satisfy customers' needs and to enable relaxing and feeling comfortable during the stay.

Deva 101 has big open spaces in its interior and exterior areas, vast glass windows which light up all areas with natural sunlight, a soaring double height ceiling in the spacious living room and reception area where your family and friends can enjoy the tall natural palm tree in the center of the room. All social areas are integrated by its open floor plan design, elegant and sand colored marble floor and the use of natural daylight entering through the large glass windows that adorn the building.

The apartment has been conditioned to accommodate 6 people divided the following way; Two guests in the second floor “Green Room” (main bedroom) with a king size bed, two accompanying guests in the ground floor “Red Room” with queen size bed and two more guests in the family room conditioned with a futon, which can be converted into two single beds or one queen size bed.

For our guests’ entertainment the residence has been equipped with two 32” LCD flat screen TVs, one 50” plasma flat screen TV, three DVD players, wide selection of DVD movies, Playstation 2 console and wireless internet access for your laptop computer.

The elegant kitchen with granite stone countertops is fully equipped with all the necessary items and appliances for the consumption and preparation of meals that can be enjoyed in the crystal round dining table with chairs for six persons.

The condominium’s rooftop has been designed with the ideal space to enjoy and spend the day in Playa del Carmen’s hot and sunny weather. You can relax and amuse yourself in the infinity pool and Jacuzzi. The area also has dining table for six, seating area, individual full sun beds, food and drink preparation area, bathrooms, shower and storage room.

Other included amenities are the laundry room equipped with washer and dryer machine and the underground private garage that can be used for parking if you are planning to rent a car, so you can visit all the extraordinary natural, touristic and historic attractions like Xel-Ha, Xcaret, Coba, Chichen –Itza, Akumal, Puerto Aventuras, Tulum and others.

The beach is located within walking distance; you can enjoy the beach, drink and eat a delicious meals like “Ostiones Kitchoan” or “Salmon Taquitos” at Cannibal Royal Beach Club while you listen to its eclectic selection of music.

We provide our guests welcome gift items, cleaning service once a week, sheets and linens laundry service, home and laundry cleansing products, hands and body soap, shampoo and conditioner, beach towels, drinking water and security box. We also provide our gests a local mobile phone number that can be used to contact our staff in case of needing information or any emergency or simply to have a phone so people can contact you during your stay.

Before your arrival our staff can arrange and coordinate other extra services like masseuse visit, baby sitter, chef, laundry service, extra cleaning or whatever you may need at an extra cost.
