The spacious garden of 1600 square meters has a pond, private pool of 4 meters wide by 8 meters long, and a playground with swings and a sandbox. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, near one of the largest golf courses in Spain. Girona (18 km from Sils) is a charming region of Catalonia where one can taste wines from the Rioja region and succulent seafood from the Mediterranean. Also in Girona it is one of the most prestigious restaurants in the world, El Celler de Can Roca.  Sils is only a half hour from the stunning beaches of Lloret de Mar.
