This luxury villa is situated on a private property of one hectare, in the hills of Cavalaire-sur-Mer, giving you a breathtaking view of the village, behind the Mediterranean. In the center of Cavalaire-sur-Mer, you can go for groceries and a bakery. Cavalaire-sur-Mer is situated just before the Golfe de Saint-Tropez between Le Lavandou and Sainte-Maxime. Due to its location on the Mediterranean Sea and with the Massif des Maures behind it, Cavalaire-sur-Mer benefits from a pleasant climate. The original fishing village has become one of the most popular resorts on the Cote d'Azur. The white sandy beach is 4 km wide and water sports enthusiasts can enjoy themselves here with surfing, sailing, swimming and water skiing. In the evenings, enjoy a nice stroll on the boulevard towards the bustling harbor where you can enjoy a tasty bouillabaisse on a cozy terrace of one of the many restaurants in the port!
