CASA :) CHOLITA is a spacious, beautiful two-story residence. All tenants have for their use several completely equipped, modern kitchenettes.

Our comfortable, bedrooms are available only for young women professionals who with the presentation of their CV will prove it. POSTGRADUATE STUDENTS HAVE PREFERENCE.

This is the best time to request acceptance in our property. Your name will be placed in a waiting list. Tenants, among other amenities enjoy a gym, solarium, top-notch residential security, to include CCTV in common areas, solenoids, movement sensors, occasional surveillance by Mexico City PD, an open-air pagoda with hammocks, grills for BBQ, green areas, half a dozen water fountains, an aviary, etc. If interested, this is the best time to apply for acceptance.

We are located on a quiet, two-block residential street of just two blocks, around the corner of Trinidad & Metropolitano Hospitals in Colonia Roma. Walking distance from Chilpancingo subway station.Details, photos more information on request.

CASA :) CHOLITA is an altruistic, not-for-profit organization. We do not require deposit, bonds, or complicated process to be accepted as a tenant.

In addition tenants receive a COST- FREE Executive Protection, Prevention Seminar, which normally has a cost of $ 200 US an hour, p/p. This prevention course is similar to the one the landlord used to provide to diplomats of the United States Embassy in Mexico and the United Nations Organization (UNSECOORD).

MINIMUM STAY: 6 MONTHS. No pets, minors, please. Your privacy is guaranteed 100 %, quietness. Inside Casa :) Cholita is for the exclusive use of our tenants. All our occupants are staying for an indefinite period of time.
