This complex was developed in the late 1990's on the original 1924 commercial wharf, the six shipping sheds have been redesigned and built to look like a liner. Shed 20 is on the eastern side with views across to Queens Wharf, the ferry terminal and out to the harbour, the North Shore and Rangitoto Island. The wharf is still a working wharf and although the overseas cruise terminal was relocated to Queens Wharf in 2013, occasionally a cruise liner still berths on the eastern side of Princes Wharf. The wharf is now home to the Hilton Hotel, the Princes Wharf Apartments, some commercial offices and a variety of cafes and restaurants.

Apartment 53A Shed 20
This 85 m2 one bedroom penthouse apartment on the 6th floor of Shed 20 has a very large living area with air conditioning/heat pump, opening onto a balcony to sit and watch the maritime activity of the ferry port. Wi-fi and MySKY HDi included. Bedroom has queen bed with ensuite which has a shower only. Full kitchen and laundry facilities, Carpark within the building included. Please note that access to this property is from 5th floor with your own private staircase to apartment. During the cruising season liners occasionally berth outside Shed 20 for the day and can obstruct your view.

Minimum stay one week. Apartment serviced weekly including full linen change. No smoking in apartment or on balcony please.
