Villa Melmastia is covering 480m2 in a beautiful plot of 4.000m2. A luxurious residence with a 68m2 pool that is well-developed in three distinct levels; comfortably accommodates 18 pax.

Guest Access
Guests have easy access on the premises.All house areas and pool are private and there are no shared areas by other guests. Ground and first floor can keep separate entrances, with the first offering handicap access.

Interaction with Guests
We offer our guests first class 24/7 concierge services. We love it when guests have requests and questions and we do our best in order to make sure everything is how they expected. All above services are 100% complimentary.

The Neighborhood
The villa is built within the small community of Fanari area. However, its privileged proximity to other houses offers both privacy and independency. Guests can enjoy a private event or party having nothing to worry about.

 

Getting around
Property is accessible by car or motor. Free parking is available on the premises. Distance from Mykonos airport is 6km and guests can hire a taxi, rent a car or contact us in order to arrange a transfer.

The maximum number of guests is limited to 18 persons. There is not an option of accommodating more than 18PAX.
