Beautiful sunny room - city center

A beautiful sunny room in the city center without hearing the city! That' s the room I offer. Big apartment, seperate toilet, bathroom with bath, huge living room and a cosy balcony. All to be shared with just 1 person and 2 cats *discounts possible*

My apartment....:

My apartment is big and very bright and has a wonderful view over the city center.

The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, freezer, microwave and oven.

The bedroom is at the back of the building where it's terribly quiet!

The bedroom is furnished with a double bed with a very comfortable mattress, small desk with chair, a cupboard and lots of store space under the bed. Bed sheets and enough towels are provided.

Hairdryer is available and there is a possibility to wash your clothes.

Prices?

29/euro a night for 1 person, 43 eurro/night with 2 persons. Deposit is always 175 euro per stay.

Access to?

You have direct access to the bathroom (with bath tub!) and you're free to use the living room and kitchen to cook or have a meal between 7 and 23 hours.

The building has an elevator and there is place is the basement to park your bike.

About me:

I work full time so during the day you have the house for yourself where you will get enough attention from my two cats.

At night I'm always in for some small talk and we can also cook or have a meal together. In the weekends I like to cook and you're always welcome to try my food :)

What is around?

The "Rijnkade" is just around the corner, just as the famous John Frost bridge (from "a bridge to far").

When you like shopping, you just need to take a few steps more.

The market is just accross my house and it's every Fridays and Saturdays.

When you want to take a trip, you can hop in the bus at 30 sec walk or walk 10 min to the train station. Nijmegen is at 10 minutes by train, Utrecht at 40 minutes and Amsterdam just at one hour.

There is also a direct train to Schiphol airport from the train station in Arnhem.

Public transport

Public transport is at 30 seconds walk.

Other stuff

I have two cats who are the best in the world! Crash love cuddling and Julius like talking. They are not allowed in the guest bedroom so that's almost hair free!

Oh and due to the fact I work full time, check in and check out is a bit limited during the day, but usually I'm home at 18.00 hours :)

-> In February and April I will be on holidays and I will offer a very nice discount when in return you want to feed them (and cuddle them of course ;) So this means that from 24 Feb - 5 Mar and 1 - 8 Apr the room can only booked for the full period.

House rules

Smoking inside the apartment is not allowed, on the balcony yes. Visitors (especially at night) are not welcome, sorry.

I would like my guests to live sustainable by keeping on eye on the use of gas/water/electricity as well as trying to recycle as much as possible and use as little plastic as I do.

I can also give you some nice tips about sustainability and can take you to my anti food waste project where I work for in my free time during the weekends.
