Includes: gas hotplate, electric oven, twin fridge/freezer combo, island with inset grille & deep-fryer, & a new dishwasher.
A new washing machine is in the adjacent laundry.

NON smokers only.
Use of the home by parties apart from the renter is limited - for both security & liability reasons.
The home environment is very private & super relaxed, given the location/environment.
