This is our first vacation home we ever bought, and now we entrust it to you. Everything is brand new, from the building to the apartment facilities, which met the luxury hospitality service standards of the 5-star Ocean Villas Resort* on Danang coastal line.

Below are some key highlights of the apartment:

- FREE access to the resort's private beach, pools (one of the largest pools across Danang resorts), beach club, tennis court, kids' playground and most other facilities. Danang Golf Course is across the street.
- Located on the ground floor with instant private access to garden in front of the apartment porch. (If you have kids, or if you like to see green colors from the living room, or want instant access to the garden or the pool, the location of our apartment in the building is perfect.)
- A dozen steps (literally) to the newly-built pool complex - one of the largest pools in all Danang resorts.
- Modern living area that blends with the greenery space in front of the apartment. The sofa can be converted into a high-quality 1.9x2.0m bed.

Guest Access

- Guests have sole use of the entire apartment and the attached porch. You can step out to the wide greenery and pool complex just outside the apartment.
- Free open-air parking slot at the back of the building.
- Full access to Ocean Villas Resort’s facilities: the private beach with sun loungers, 2 pools, children’s play yard, tennis court (free of charge, but prior booking is necessary), spa services, bar and restaurant services, babysitting, laundry services, etc. Danang Golf Course is literally across the road, and Montgomerie Links Golf Course is 5 minutes away.
- Security guard is available 24/7 at the premise.
- Night check-in is happily accommodated.

Interaction with Guests

- You can contact us by email in English, Vietnamese, French or German.
- We created a mini-guidebook to help you get around the area. We can suggest some supermarkets, sightseeing spots, taxi hire, motorbike/ scooter rent, etc.
- We can help arrange airport transfer service if you need it.
- If you are not into cooking, we can recommend a Vietnamese cook who can help prepare your meals.

- Hue Imperial City: 2 hours

Getting Around

- Lotte supermarket is 15 minutes’ drive away. If you love to explore a local market, Non Nuoc Market is 7 minutes’ drive (supplying mainly fresh food and basic grocery), or a sidewalk market is 10 minutes’ walk southward (to the direction of Hoi An Ancient Town).
- A taxi is easily accessible (phone numbers provided in our mini-guidebook). Taxis in Danang are generally safe if you go with the “official” brands.
- Motorbikes/ scooters or bicycles for rent are also widely available in Danang or Hoi An. Cars for rent are also an option if you have an international driving licence and are familiar with traffic rules in Vietnam. (A free parking lot is outside the building).
