Manga Room is 1 of rooms of 'Sweet House No.12 B&B'.
It's located in Tianxin Village, Gukeng Township, Yunlin County, at the central-south part along the western coast of Taiwan where I called HOME. My hometown is a small farm village, named Tianxin, pronounces the same as 'sweetheart' in Chinese, and 'No.12' is the doorplate of my house. In this village, younger generations have left for better jobs in the major cities like i did before, while I still found adorable Taiwanese bungalows, traditional Taoism culture, functioning rice farms and the most beautiful bamboo woods are still here, waiting to be re-discovered and preserved! So
I decided to quit my job and return home. I am certain I can bring the vitality back, revive the village and reserve the cultural value with the power of art by running an art B&B! I already invited 3 artists to create their amazing work here, and will launch an artist resident program in the future to create a peaceful, beautiful retreat for all of us.
