Space & Privacy: 15 min to downtown

Both bedrooms are equipped with a comfy Queen size bed each and soft new bed sheets. We provide an open rack space in the first guestroom where you can store all your belongings. TV with Netflix, Pandora, and Youtube. It is quiet and private (the key is on the door). The bathroom is brand new and right beside it.
The other guestroom has a beautiful wooden french door which makes it unique and private (the key is on the door). The bathroom is two doors down (past the first guest room) and brand new. Two closets provide ample space for your belongings.
Wifi throughout the house.
The kitchen is also downstairs and you will have your own fridge space and shelf with coffee, tea, sugar, and snacks. We have a Sodastream to make carbonated water, toaster, blender, pots and pans for you to use. We trust you will clean up after yourself and want you to feel at home with us.
From the kitchen you can access the backyard/patio area which you are free to use to smoke, hang out in the hammock, and get some fresh air and relax.

We live upstairs and are usually out as we have a busy schedule.
Close to downtown (7 minutes from the red line, 15 minutes to the Loop). 5-10 dollars for a Uber/Lyft ride into downtown.
Quiet and safe neighborhood close to most amenities. Free on street parking right in front of the house.
