My apartment has one bedroom with a double real bed and in-suite bathroom! Dining room & a fully equipped american kitchen is united with the living room where 1 big couch serves as a comfortable bed (where the 3rd person is accommodated).
The bedroom has an additional A/C for the summer season or to warm you up during winter in case the central heating is not enough for you! There is also an extra bathroom with WC and shower!
Free wi-fi internet is also available, together with cable TV. In the building we also provide free parking upon request! A wonderful garden view is offered from the balcony! The apartment is spacious, sunny, and fully furnished, and with a library full of books waiting for you to unfold.
The area around the apartment is quiet & green, although Maroussi has become during the last years the 2nd commercial and business area after the center of Athens.
It is located in an upmarket residential neighborhood of Athens, well known for its open air public spaces and its proximity to the city center as well as the more expensive and posh neighborhoods of Ekali, Erythrea, Kifissia and others.
The neighborhood is situated 10 min. walking distance from the center of Maroussi and further on is the Athens Shopping Mall, where you can find shops, cafes, restaurants, bars and cinema!
