This is a very spacious apartment of 120 m2. On the 3rd floor one finds the entrance hall with coat hooks and separate toilet. The living room is in front, with large comfy corner seat and beautiful pillows, a good reading lamp, a flat screen television and a collection of books about architecture, design, cooking and the city of Rotterdam. On the rear there’s a separate dining room with old fashioned mantel piece, iPod docking station, and a table large enough to easily spread your morning paper on.
Between the living and dining room lies the kitchen, with 4-ring cooker, combined microwave-oven, dish washer and large fridge. On the 4th floor is the bed room with box spring bed (1,80 x 2,00 m.), flat screen television and adjacent bathroom. In this room directly under the roof the ceiling was heightened and the roof timbers left in sight to create a very pleasant space. The functional bath room contains a shower, wash basin and 2nd toilet. The washing machine is in a cupboard on this floor.
The bed room connects to the small but sunny roof terrace. The apartment is located on the 3rd and 4th floor, and because it is in a historic building there is no lift. This is a non-smoking apartment. The roof terrace can be used for smoking.
