This country house of 1 hectare is located in the green valley of Tajuña, less than 1 hour from Madrid,
Located 6 Km. from Brihuega and 16 Km. from Mansegoso on the highway CM-201, in the area of Palazuelos de Agua, you will arrive at a large iron gateway on the left of the highway with the name of the house written.
Once inside the grounds, you will follow the road surrounded by Hazelnut trees until you arrive at the main door of the house. There, you will see a column with two Roman arches (from the 12th century) and a small porch with a large wooden door.

At the entrance of the house, there is a foyer leading to the first lounge (more than 50m2) with a fireplace. From this room, there is access to three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The first door on the left goes to two bedrooms and one bathroom and the second door on the left goes to the master bedroom with a wardrobe and bathroom.
The first lounge is connected to another larger lounge (54m2) with a grand fireplace. From this room, there is access to the kitchen (29m2) and another bathroom.
