It is situated in the picturesque bay of Griscica, surrounded by the sea, woods and olive trees. The house (around 85 sqm) provides a kitchen with gas and electric stove, fridge and dish washer, tv and air conditioner. The kitchen has a Dalamtian wooden chimney stove for the perfect BBQ-grill of steaks and fish. The 5 rooms over 2 storeys are tiled with original parquet in herringbone design. The bedrooms are lovely rustical equipped. The house has a small porch in the basement and a balcony with seaview in the first floor. Fresh linen and towels are included.
