The Palms ll Jungle Apartments No 1

My wife Maria and I manage 12 condos in the nice complex of only 12 exclusive One Bedroom apartments. Brand new and a great value. Compare to $100 usd a night units. .The one bedroom apartments are very nice and large 70 meters or 700 s feet We have a queen bed and an optional single bed available to sleep 3 persons.  The bathroom is nice and large and the kitchen is great for 2 or 3 persons with full size fridge and a stove with oven.The bed is a nice comfy  Queen Bed that will put you right into dreamland. We have a single bed  available for a 3rd person.The garden will be lush and laden with beautiful plants surrounding a very nice pool. My wife and I live 50 yards from the complex and we also have a house boy Ronnie that can attend to your needs.

Part of what makes tulum so special is that the beach (the nicest on the continent and arguably in the world) is protected by national parks and development is very limited to ensure it's integrity for all today and for future generations. So most services aren't on the beach but are in town. That's why the location of these apartments is so good. It's quiet, peaceful, tucked in the jungle only a 5 min walk to town. The air is clean and crisp filtered by all the trees. The beach is more of an excursion - as often as you want by cab (about 7 mins) or by bike rental (about 25 min ride)."
The neighborhood is in the area where all the growth is in Tulum. There are many Canadians and Americans along with most every country imaginable living here. The area is a 5 minute walk from the downtown restaurants one of which is El Camello which is a fantastic seafood restaurant.Others are Kanich, a Yucatecan Cusine which is very good and inexpensive. and also another 2 seafood places which are Baracuda and AguasChilies. All these are excellent. Closer to town is Pollo Bronco which has the best roasted chicken in Mexico.
For the the folks loaded with adventure there are some must see and do things that are either free or very inexpensive. Start with swimming with the Giant Turtles in Akumal which is FREE> Can't bet a deal like this. The there is the Canal float trip at Muyil which the canal was built by the Mayans across the Lagoon to the ocean. And if you enjoy swimming in the beautiful cenotes there is one only minutes from the apartments.The name is Cenote Crystal and costs only 50 pesos as entrance.
Public transportation is very cheap such as Taxis and Collectivo Vans and they are everywhere. Normally most of our guests arrive by bus and we will gladly pick you up at the bus station and give you a dime tour of the town. If you arrive to Tulum by car we will meet you and take you to the apartment.
Maria and I make our living managing prime properties and we we do our best to make you vacation you remember forever.I own the REMAX agency here in Tulum and have lived here for 14 years and can pretty well answer any questions or concerns.

On a monthly rental we provide 2 sets of towels and sheets. You are responsible for the laundry. WE do have a laundry service available on a daily basis.

Guests have access to parking, BBQ grill, Pool area and lounge chairs, beach towels, Transportation from Ronnie at the same price as a taxi.

We give our guests privacy. We do not bother them. We are available 24 hours a day if needed. We live only 150 feet from the apartments.Ronnie the houseboy is around all day.

The neighborhood is the new area of Tulum. Some roads are still a little bumpy as is the case of most of Tulum.Located on the south end of Tulum, is is very quiet and full of exotic birds.

Most of our guests rent bikes.about $8usd a day, scooters and sometimes a car. Bikes are fine as the beach is about 25 minutes.Taxis are a little expensive but there are plenty.

We have 25 years experience in the hospitality business and living in the area. We can give you hundreds of tips on what and where to go.
