Located in the heart of downtown Cincinnati's business and entertainment district right next to the new 21 C Hotel. Close to all the bars, arts, and 1 block from fountain square. Only 2 blocks from the Duke CONVENTION CENTER and the Hilton Netherland Plaza! Walking distance to the new Horseshoe Casino!

Upstairs comfortably accommodates 4 adults. Absolute privacy with Bedrooms being on second floor of condo and at opposite ends of the condo both with queen size beds. Beautiful downtown views out the huge windows and lots of natural light. High open ceilings reveal the original rafters from the historic building which has been transformed into this downtown loft. This is the 4th oldest building in Cincinnati and has been updated with all top-end luxury finishes and appliances.

If needed, downstairs can comfortably accommodate 3 adults. I am able to set-up a nice queen size air mattress which sits at normal bed height and provide bedding and pillows. I can also prepare the couch with sheets and bedding to accommodate a 7th guest if requested.

Loft has dramatic 35 foot ceilings, exposed rafters from the historic building which was completely rehabbed and transformed into condos a few years ago. Loft is two floors and has a private secure entrance.

Loft is in the CENTER of downtown and is in walking distance to EVERYTHING around downtown and the new emerging OVER THE RHINE entertainment district.
