The Stain Glass Room

We have a wonderful Hotel Quality room available for daily rental-minimum (3) day stay. It offers an excellent temporary spot for anyone wanting to test Boulder out-Couples Welcomed-Business travelers, someone waiting to move into their permanent residence, on a ski/biking vacation, and/or various family situations, etc.

This room has a DSL wireless internet connection, in-suite private bathroom, plenty of privacy for two, Central Heat and Air, towels, and fresh linen for your stay. We also offer free passes to TEST out the local gym/health club…stay in shape during your stay with us. The gym is three minutes away by car.

THE STAIN GLASS ROOM comes complete with king size select comfort bed, two night stands with matching lamps, a double dresser, large fan atop cathedral ceilings. The room size is 13 x 16, 32” High Definition flat screen TV (Wall Mounted), separate vanity area with double sinks, toilet closet, garden tub and single enclosed shower, large closet and plenty of chest-of-drawer space for your things. We supply towels, hand cloths plus freshly laundered every day. Weekly visitors are allowed a laundry/wash of your clothes, etc. at no charge. This room is located on the third level of our home. It is very private and quiet. This rents on a daily basis only-a minimum stay of 3 days. The daily rent is $65 (Ask about our Winter Rate). This is a wonderful alternative to hotel fees and the room exceeds hotel standards. Need a car? Ask about our SMART CAR transportation option.

There are no cooking privileges; however we supply a house refrigerator for your snacks and drinks. A microwave is available and plenty of comfortable seating both inside the home and on our decks. We border green space and walking paths, you can store your bikes, parking is plentiful, and the neighborhood is quiet.
