Seahouse in a walker's paradise

Hello my names Flo and I am offering a 3 bedrooms seahouse, quiet location in a walkers’ paradise: Groix island, located on Brittany , 45' from Lorient by boat

The house is in good condition offering 3 separate bedrooms, 2 with double bed, and one with two single beds and all with pleasant view of garden and sea, open plan kitchen fully equipped / living area with separate toilet. In the house can sleep max 6 people comfortably. The house is a typical Brittany fisher house on the cliff, in front of the sea.

Washing machine, linen included.

Groix is the most westernly island of Morbihan . Located opposite to Lorient , it is relatively close to the continent and easily accessible. Its principal orientation is East-West: from the Point des Chats to Pen Men.

It is a rocky plate with an average altitude of 40m above sea level, with its reeds and heather, is interspersed with cliffs and sandy coves. The island is composed only of one commune. The main borough, Port Tudy, is also the only harbour of the island.
