Rental Details
A large, comfortable and colorful villa with direct views of the Atlantic Ocean. Build in 2004, completely renovated in 2014. The villa has 5 living rooms, 5 bedrooms with air conditioning, 2 separate kitchens, 3 bathrooms (1 with shower and toilet 1 complete bathroom with shower, bath, toilet, bidet, washingstand etc), and 1 with a toilet, bidet, washingstand and bathtub), and a large terrace at basement level, 3 balconies and a roof terrace. The two terraces are decorated with furniture and barbecue for the long warm Moroccan evenings. The villa is equipped with a large garage (that can store 2 cars). Three of the bedrooms have closets, four have king-size double beds, one has two single beds. The villa is situated in a quiet (silent) suburb of the city of Sale By the way the house is built, it is very suitable for groups or families. The villa is divided into two apartments, this means that two families can stay in the villa while maintaining their own privacy. At extra cost we can accepeteren to a maximum of 20 people. Villa Yasmine contains five rooms. Four of the rooms have wardrobes for your clothes. Two cabinets (one on the ground floor and first floor) have lockers for your personal belongings such as jewelry, passports, bank / credit cards etc. or secure. The vaults are protected by a key code that you can change. Four of the rooms have a king-size double bed, one room has two single beds. This room does not have a personal air conditioner, but it is cooled by an air conditioning unit in another room. We have a portable air conditioner available if needed for that room. The villa also includes five living rooms. Three living rooms are in Moroccan style, two of them are in European style. Two living rooms are equipped with an LED LCD high definition TV with satellite channel receivers (Arabic, English, French and German channels are available), and DVD home theaters. The villa has two kitchens, which are located at basement level. These open-plan kitchens also incorporate a dining room. The kitchen / dining area includes tables and benches in Moroccan style.
The kitchens are equipped with a combination refrigerator / freezer, 4 burner stove, microwave and coffee maker, and of course the necessary pots and pans, kettle, cutlery, crockery and glassware. The kitchen of the apartment on the ground floor is even equipped with an oven! The kitchens have no hot running water, and are not equipped with a dishwasher. The villa has 3 bathrooms, 1 with shower and toilet at basement level, 1 with shower, bidet and toilet on the ground floor, and 1 with bath, bidet, sink and toilet on the first floor. Of course, all bathrooms have hot and cold running water! The villa has two terraces. These terraces are equipped with a dining area and outdoor umbrellas. The terraces are also equipped with a BB-Q and potted plants. Perfect for dining on warm Moroccan evenings! There is also access to the balconies from the 1st floor. The villa is equipped with a washing machine.
