12. Guest is also expected to sign a agreement with photocopy of Malaysian IC / Passport upon check in.
Guest have the right to double check all inventories and conditions of the unit within the first 12 hours after check in and shall there is any defect, will need to report to the us immediately. After 12 hours of stay, the conditions and inventories in the unit is fully under guest care & responsible.
