Luxury Home & Lagoon Front Bacalar

Hidden from the lagoon through a thick layer of tall trees and from Main St. La Costera through a high wall, this tall, minimalistic decorated, two story, fully equipped Home will host your family in a deep contrast between Nature and Luxury.

There are very few modern houses in Bacalar. This is one of them and it´s just been renovated. High ceilings and spacious rooms make up a comfortable stay with an aesthetic view.

Coffee and Te are on the house. Breakfast can be served as well as traditional Yucatan meals. (please ask)

2 Bedrooms, 3 Bathrooms, Equipped Kitchen, Dinner Table and spacious Living Room.

The beautiful multicolor lagoon is reached through a big garden full with high trees and colorful flowers that create privacy. Thorough the garden one reaches the wooden deck in the lagoon where you can swim, have lunch or just lay under the sun. There are two kayacs for two pax each with life jackets for your entertainment.

For your comfort we provide housekeeping two days a week and the janitor lives in house (separated from the main house for your privacy) and will assist you anyway you need.

Everyday housekeeping and cooking are available at an extra cost.

Being that I live 4 hours away I will probably not get to meet you, but I´ll have someone of my trust welcome you and I am always available through the web or telephone.

Bacalar consists of a lovely town full with warm people... the maya. There is only one touristic/residential Avenue in Bacalar (if you can call it touristic)... it´s called Av. Costera. The house is in Avenida Costera a few blocks away from town.

Having a car is ideal (parking available), since many of the natural spots one can visit are best reached with private car. Taxis are available but very few. Touristic transportation is expensive. There are two bikes for you convenience.

One can reach Bacalar from the airport (Chetumal/Cancun/Merida) by bus as well. Chetumal is the closest by far.
