The house is located in Tito, a small town next to Potenza (the chief town) and it benefits of a central position to visit Basilicata Region. We wait for you hoping to have breakfast together and eat our handmade cakes!

LOCATION

The house is located in the historic centre of Tito, a small town close to Potenza. To reach the chief town it takes only 10 minutes by car and, thanks to the presence of the motorway and different exits in Potenza, you can get anywhere in the city in a very short time and without getting stuck in traffic. In addition, Tito is well served by buses that go to Potenza and by the train.
Thanks to its central location and the fast roads that cross it (highway - road Tito-Brienza), you can quickly reach any destination in Basilicata.

ROOM DESCRIPTION

The bedroom is located inside our house. It is very colorful and it is decorated, like the rest of the house, according to a modern style.
The bedroom, about 15 square meters, is currently equipped with a double bed, a desk with a computer for using internet, watching films or listening to music. There is also a free access library and a bedside table.
It also has a lovely balcony that shows a wonderful landscape because the house faces the ancient Tower of Satriano and surrounding mountains and woods. In December and January, it is possible to dream watching the impressive Christmas lighting that adorns the tower. A truly unmissable view!
The bathroom is common to the house and has all the facilities, including a whirlpool shower with steam sauna.

WHAT WE OFFER

Each guest will have clean sheets and towels and the breakfast, plentiful and strictly home-made, is included in the price.
If required, we can provide you a travel plan, a complete itinerary to see as much as possible in this region and we are always available for any request.

We hope you will feel at home, finding, in this little corner of Basilicata, an oasis of peace, tranquility and fun.
Indeed, especially in summer, there are a lot of festivals, shows and spectacles you can see (“The Angel Flight” in Pietrapertosa and Castelmezzano – “The Banished History” in Brindisi di Montagna – “The Utopian Town” in Campomaggiore, etc..). According to your tastes, it is possible to have long walks in the woods, visit the National Park of Appennino Lucano or spend pleasant hours in the local shopping malls.
So, there’s everything you need and want!
Oh!!!! Just remember that every day you will eat one of our homemade cakes!!!
