The apartment is on the top floor of a family house, comfy and cosy. It's our family vacation house and we shall treat you like family guests.
This village with its white-washed houses and colorful boats lies on the rocky shores of the Ionian Sea. It is only a short ferry ride away from the famous island of Ithaca, home of Odysseus, the great wanderer and hero of Homer’s Odyssey. Astakos in Greek means lobster. How appropriate that the grasping claws of a lobster should be the name of this village
There are regular bus conections to Athens as well as close by cities and villages. There are also a ferries connecting Astakos with Ithaka and Kefalonia.
