Types of accommodation:
Sea view studios (2 people):
All sea view studios enjoy a superb view of the beach and the azure sea of the magnificent Mesonghi bay. Studios on the first floor have private balconies. Studios on the ground floor open directly onto a private decking area with table, chairs and sun beds. Your private decking area leads onto the guests' communal patio and private beach.

Ground floor sea view suite (4 people):This is a brand new luxury suite with magnificent views over the Messonghi Bay.This elegant suite sleeps up to four people,is comprised of two rooms and it includes a kitchen/living area and a family bathroom. A great advantage is that the suite has 2 balconies so that you get full benefit of the sun. The sea view balcony has in addition a wooden decking with sun beds and direct access to the sea that is literally a few steps away. The second balcony overlooks the garden so when the sun moves from the sea view side you still get benefited from the evening sun. This suite will be ready before March 2015 so pictures are not available yet.

1st floor (upstairs) sea view suite(3 people):
This is a luxury open plan sea view suite with panoramic views of the Ionian Sea. The suite sleeps up to 3 people (one king-sized bed and one double sofa bed), ideal for a small family. It also includes a kitchen and living area, a spacious terrace with spectacular views and outstanding sunrises.The perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee and an outdoor breakfast in the morning sun.

Ground floor garden view suite:
This spacious suite sleeps up to 3 adults or 2 adults & 2 children (one king-sized bed and one double sofa bed).It includes a large kitchen and living area, a spacious terrace on which to enjoy the late afternoon and evening sun. The perfect spot for a sundowner. The suite overlooks the mature garden with exotic shrubs, orange and lemon trees.

1st floor (upstairs) garden view studios (2 people)
Our Garden View Studios have views to the front of the property over the gardens and hills beyond. All studios have a fully equipped kitchenette complete with hob, microwave oven, toaster, sink, fridge, kitchen utensils and crockery. All studios have ensuite bathrooms complete with hair dryers.
